After only booking my MOT online on Sunday evening (4 April), I was pleasantly surprised to obtain an 8am slot the next day. On arrival I was greeted by the friendly and helpful Zoe and advised that the online option was really to choose your preferred time rather than actually book it. So she advised me that it might not be 8am but they should be able to honour my request. However, by 10.15am Zoe called me to tell me my car had passed and was ready for collection. I was so pleased.
